Payment Purchase Plan
Anyone can qualify by providing these simple requirements:
- A voided check
- 6 months of continuous employment at your current job with $1,000 gross income per month
- Your most current pay stub and your W2 for 2007.
- A checking account that has been open and active for 3 months or longer
- A mimimum of $500 dollars deposited into your checking account monthly
- Your most recent 30 day checking account statement showing no NSF or returned checks
- 6 personal references
- Your photo ID
Payment Purchase plan details:
- Can be used for puchases from $200 to $2000
- Payment option 1) 90 Days same-as-cash
- Payment option 2) 15% of the total purchase amount due monthly, term cannot exceed 12 months.
- Note: Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account via electronic draft.

3) Bring the completed form, your current bank statement, your most recent paystub and a photo ID to a Banner store near you
4) The person utilizing the purchase plan must be present at time of pickup or delivery
